Hoy mi amiga Flor publica en su blogs de mamás una receta riquísima de galletas sin gluten, que además se pueden hacer con margarinas vegetales, con lo que serían tambíen sin leche.
Esta receta me la pasó hace tiempo, y las he hecho alguna vez (con harina de arroz y maicena, con mix c, y alguna prueba más) aunque sin chocolate, y quedan buenísimas así que mientras no saque tiempo para publicar mi versión, os dejo el enlace a su receta, os aseguro que no os arrepentiréis de probarla.
